I was having a massive hiring crisis and even though I was working with other recruiters at the time, no one seemed to get the job done. They all stated that the market was crazy and there were no candidates.
I started working with Casra and in a year, he managed to single handedly fulfil all of the roles for our team in Ukraine.
I spoke with recruiters in Ukraine and they couldn’t believe that someone operating in the UK was being able to recruit so many people over there, but Casra did it.
